If you came to this page. It means you have reached us out of our working hours or during a holiday period when we are closed for business.
NOT URGENT:
1) For all non-emergency maintenance and repairs, please send a maintenance request through via our portal and this will be dealt with during working hours: https://longhouse.fixflo.com/Auth/HomeIssueCreate
URGENT:
2) If you have locked yourself out outside of working hours, you are reminded that (as per your contract) you are responsible for contacting, organising and paying for a locksmith to help you regain access. Outside of working hours please do not contact us, please see emergency Locksmiths details below. In the event that a new lock is needed you must inform us in writing (by email) and you must provide us with a copy of the new key.
3) If there is a serious domestic dispute between tenants in your property that is considered an emergency - or if there is a fire - please call the emergency services on 999. Otherwise if it is not an emergency, the Police number to report a non-emergency crime is 101. Of course please do report any incidents to us by email or phone call - but please do not call us outside our office hours, just call the Police if necessary.
4) If anything else urgent or any other emergencies come up please call one of the following numbers below:
Anything causing damage to the property (such as flood or fire) or endangering tenants can be considered an emergency.
Our emergency number is 07400 529 088. Please do not call or text this number unless it is an absolute emergency and please be aware that we may not be able to answer right away.

- Please only call our contractors for emergencies that need immediate attention outside of our hours of business. Our hours of business are Monday to Friday (9-5pm) and most Saturdays (10am-4pm) - of course we do not open on Bank Holidays.
